Anger Management Groups
Anger management groups support person's aged 12 to 24 in learning to deal with anger in a healthy and productive manner.
- Topics include: communication, boundaries, anger cues and reducers, and goals
- The groups run 6 to 8 weeks and classes are held one to two hours weekly
- Groups are divided into 4 categories: 12-15, 16-18, 19-24 and probation and parole group
- Groups are both interactive and educational
Intake/registration is ongoing. A waiting list exists for all groups so please register as soon as possible.
