Ways to Feel Better

When you feel depressed you may not want to do anything, but everyone has activities that make he or she feel better. Believe it or not, you can have some control over your moods. Any one of these activities may not be enough but it is a place to start. Here are some examples. You may want to keep a copy of this list or add some of your ideas so that you can take it out and look at it when you are feeling down.
